Giving
WANT TO GIVE ONLINE?
Thank you for your generosity.
We give to God because all we have is from God, and we are merely stewards or caretakers of what God has given us. What we give is in the lifeblood of the ministry we do as a church. Thank you for supporting the ministry we do in Christ's name at Timberlake.
But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand. - 1 Chronicles 29:14

We are having a remarkable year in serving God in ministry, missions, and growth. God is bringing more and more people to Timberlake, including 79 people who joined this year as members. From Sunday worship to Together Nights and LifeGroups to feeding children, teens, and adults physically and spiritually, and much more, our church is on the move.
We also see God clearly at work through your generosity in sharing your love for God through your gifts, talents, time, and finances.
As we prepare for next year, we ask you to pray about your financial commitment for the coming year. What is God calling you to set aside as a financial commitment for 2024? Knowing that helps us plan how we can Reach, Feed, and Release people to be the hands and feet of Jesus in 2024.
Despite having to spend an inordinate amount of time in the disaffiliation process with the United Methodist Church, we have continued to thrive. This year, we expanded worship, added more missions, increased our LifeGroups to more than 30, and helped over 1,000 disadvantaged people in our community. We grew closer together by serving and ministering to each other.
As we move into 2024 and beyond, we stand firm in our commitment to totally focus on God and His will for Timberlake. We can’t wait to see where God is leading us as His plans unfold for our church and our people.
Below (click the button "Worksheet) is a chart showing income levels and a range of percentage giving for you to think about, pray over, and discuss with people you trust. Then, please click the button "Make Your Commitment" and fill out the form to indicate your financial commitment to God and to Timberlake in 2024. Giving to God can, and should be, thoughtful, faithful, and joyful.
As a tangible symbol of your financial commitment to God, bring your commitment card to the altar during a special time in our October 29th services. We are grateful for you and what you give.
Thank you for your generosity and for being the hands and feet of Jesus!
