Full KidStuff Family Programs are on the second Sunday of each month during
the 2nd Service -- with fun and exciting children classes all other times.

Infant and toddler care is also available in our nursery during each of the morning services.

FEARLESS
The media and the government are telling us that the economy is slowly getting better, but they are talking more layoffs at work. They are telling us that they are eventually bringing almost all of our troops home, but there is still a great deal of turmoil in the Middle East. The housing market is still not good. And what about global warming, terrorism, H1N1, and cancer caused by our cell phones? Large and rude, fear is unwilling to share our heart with happiness. Happiness complies and leaves. Fear herds us into a prison and slams the door. Wouldn't it be great to be able to walk out? Can you imagine your life without fear? What if faith, not fear, was your default reaction to threats? This is not an impossible dream!

AUG 8	Why Are We Afraid?	Matthew 8:23-27 John 16:33
	Fear has touched every one of us in some way. But how we respond to fear, and whom we turn to for a way out, is what matters more than anything. Jesus refused to let fear have any hold on His life and wants the same thing for you. There will be storms in your life and you will get soaked if you are on the boat with Christ, but He is capable of calming our storms.
AUG 15	The Fear of Not Mattering	Matthew 10:28-31 Psalm 139:13-18
	Each of us wants to matter, whether we strive for international fame or simply desire the love and respect of those we know. And when we find we have been overlooked, forgotten, and abandoned, it hurts deeply. The truth is that no matter how we feel, we are important to God. This is not based on anything we do to earn His attention; it is because we are His creation.
AUG 22	The Fear of Disappointing God	Matthew 9:1-8 Colossians 1:13,14 1 John 1:9
	You may think you have no access to God, that you have disappointed Him beyond repair. But it's not true! Yes, you have failed. We have all failed. But you are not a failure. God sent His Son for people like us. Forgiveness and restoration are available to all of us.
AUG 29	The Fear of Life's Final Moments	John 14:1-3 1 Corinthians 15:3-8 1 Corinthians 15:12-20 1 Corinthians 15:56-58
	We desire to face death unafraid. Is this impossible? Not when you can view death as a new adventure in existence. Because of the resurrection and Jesus' victory over the grave, we can face our next life with peace. As we get closer to Christ, we cannot only conquer our fear of death, but may even look forward to it with anticipation.
SEP 5	The Fear of God Getting Out of My Box	Matthew 17:1-9 Psalm 27:1
	We need to view God in His unearthly glory and get Him our of our "do me a favor" and "make me a buck" boxes. We need to see God's radiance, because with a Messiah like Him, who can fear. We will look at the story of the Transfiguration to see how the disciple's images of Jesus were blown to bits when His glory was revealed on a hillside in the Holy Land.
SEP 12	Justus Musyoka, and his wife Jemimah
	Justus Musyoka, and his wife Jemimah, will be here to share with us. They are missionaries to the Church in America from Kenya. They founded the Eternal Life Church International in Nairobi, Kenya in October 1999. In 2007 they handed over the ministry of the church to their son, John Wesley and came to the US to serve God here. The Lord has laid on their hearts the burden and message for the revival, renewal, and empowerment of His Church in America. Don't miss this special message that God has for us!
